She replaced the two missing teeth on one side with individual implants and crowns (implants visible in this photo) and replaced the missing one on the other side with a fixed porcelain bridge. She opted for a bridge on the left side instead of having another implant ({shown on the right here}) since the tooth in front of and behind the missing tooth were already crowns that needed to be replaced. This restored her entire arch. Hers was a combination of (A) new crowns on front and back teeth, as well as (B) single implant crowns replacing back teeth, and (C) a three-unit porcelain fixed bridge on the other side.
